BEST WAYS TO MAINTAIN GOOD ORAL HEALTH
Brushing twice/day for 2 minutes
We recommend that you brush your teeth at least 2 times/day for 2 minutes covering all surfaces of the tooth
Use Floss or Water Flosser
We recommend that you use a water flosser or regular floss at least once/day to help eliminate any food stuck between your teeth
Limit Sugary and acidic foods
Sugar converts into acid in the mouth, which can then erode the enamel of your teeth. These acids are what lead to cavities.
Using a Fluoride Toothpaste
Use a fluoridated toothpaste twice/day for maximum protection
Switch to an electric toothbrush
People who use an electric toothbrush have healthier gums, less tooth decay and also keep their teeth for longer, compared with those who use a manual toothbrush.
Visit your dentist every 6 months for check up
Regular dental checkups are essential for maintaining healthy teeth and gums. It helps to detect and treat problems before they cause permanent damage.
