BEST WAYS TO MAINTAIN GOOD ORAL HEALTH

Brushing twice/day for 2   minutes

We recommend that you brush your teeth at least 2 times/day for 2 minutes covering all surfaces of the tooth

Use Floss or Water Flosser

We recommend that you use a water flosser or regular floss at least once/day to help eliminate any food stuck between your teeth

Limit Sugary and acidic foods

Sugar converts into acid in the mouth, which can then erode the enamel of your teeth. These acids are what lead to cavities.

Using a Fluoride Toothpaste

Use a fluoridated toothpaste twice/day for maximum protection

Switch to an electric toothbrush 

People who use an electric toothbrush have healthier gums, less tooth decay  and also keep their teeth for longer, compared with those who use a manual toothbrush.
